Digestive issues can have a significant impact on your daily life, affecting not only your physical health but also your confidence, energy levels and enjoyment of food.
Whether you’re living with a long-term gastrointestinal condition, struggling with unexplained digestive symptoms such as persistent bloating, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhoea or reflux, or you are simply looking to optimise your gut health, it can be difficult to know where to turn for advice.
Together, we’ll turn uncertainty into understanding, and understanding into meaningful lasting change.
With over 30 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, including specialist roles in gastroenterology, I provide evidence-based nutritional care that is tailored to your individual needs. My aim is to help you understand what may be contributing to your symptoms, cut through conflicting information, and develop a realistic plan that supports both your digestive health and your overall wellbeing.
A personalised approach
I believe no two people are the same.
Every recommendation I make is based on a thorough assessment of your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and personal goals. The aim is a personalised, practical, evidence-based strategy, never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Personalised support that helps you understand your condition and make informed food choices, without unnecessary restriction.

Investigations and testing
The right investigation for the right person at the right time.
Testing may be recommended where appropriate for your individual circumstances and where it has the potential to add meaningful information to your assessment.
Results are interpreted alongside your symptoms, medical history, dietary assessment and the wider clinical picture, never in isolation.
Where clinically appropriate, selected investigations may also guide nutritional strategies or more focused dietary trials, allowing recommendations to be tailored to your individual circumstances while avoiding unnecessary dietary restrictions wherever possible.
Testing is never used in isolation or as a substitute for a comprehensive dietetic assessment. It is one of several tools that may help us build a clearer picture of your health and guide the most appropriate next steps.
Your health comes first
Care that stays joined up.
Your health will always come first. If, during your assessment, ongoing support, or following any investigations, I identify findings that require further medical assessment, I will discuss these with you. With your consent, I will write to your GP or the appropriate healthcare professional with my concerns and recommendations.
My aim is to ensure that your health management remains joined up across the healthcare professionals involved in your treatment.
